Anyway, Rockstar is finally ready to launch the said game. now Alex Smith who previously worked at Bend Studios By publishing a post in X (former Twitter), has made a strange claim that the new version of GTA for PC gamers will be released much later than the PlayStation 5 version.
Smith’s tweet indicates that the PlayStation game console will have the marketing rights for GTA 6. Of course, this does not mean that the mentioned game will not be available for Xbox Series S and Xbox Series X, but it shows that Sony will use the GTA 6 score for the marketing of the Sony console.
We can expect Sony to sell PlayStation 5 Pro console with GTA 6 as a bundle. According to some reports, the release date of PlayStation 5 Pro will be November 2024, which coincides with the approximate release date of GTA 6.
