Google’s success in producing previous smartphones shows that this giant of the Internet world can make phones that will be welcomed by the general public. In fact, the path of Pixel phones will create an ideal and enjoyable experience for Android fans.
When the Pixel 7 was launched, it attracted a lot of attention; So that in the list of the best phones of 2023 from the look FonArena website, after iPhone 14 Pro Max and Galaxy S23 Ultra, it came in third place. But what should we expect from Pixel 8 Pro?
Twitter account active in the field of technology, Yogesh Brar, has published tweets about predicting the specifications and price and release date of the smartphones. In his tweet, this person mentioned some possible features of Pixel 8 Pro and said that this smartphone will probably be unveiled in October.
According to the tweet, the Pixel 8 Pro will sport a 6.7-inch QHD+ LTPO OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Meanwhile, Pixel 7’s OLED display has the same refresh rate and does not use LTPO technology.
LTPO is a new technology that adjusts the screen refresh rate according to the user. When only a still image is being displayed, the refresh rate is reduced, and when other uses such as playing movies and playing games or scrolling, its value increases to 120 Hz. Thus, screen energy consumption is lower and a better user experience is provided. Currently, this technology is present in iPhone 14 Pro Max and Galaxy S23 Ultra.
Other possible features of the Pixel 8 Pro include its 12 GB RAM (like the previous model). If the prediction of this tweet turns out to be true, Google’s very powerful Tensor G3+Titan chip has been used in this mobile phone.
In addition, the Pixel 8 Pro is likely to have a triple camera setup on the rear panel consisting of a 50-megapixel camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), a 64-megapixel ultra-wide camera and a 48-megapixel telephoto camera, and an 11-megapixel selfie camera on the front panel.
The energy needed to work with the new Google phone will be provided by a 4,950 mAh battery with the ability to support 27W fast wired charging technology. Another point is that Pixel 8 Pro will run Android 14.
A few weeks before the publication of this post, photos were published on Reddit under the title of real images of the Pixel 8.
In your opinion, where will Pixel 8 Pro be compared to other flagship phones?
