Slack has disabled its user account on X (formerly Twitter). The company used to share updates about problems and outages of its platform through the said account. Kevin AlbersSlack’s Vice President of Customer Experience said in a statement:

Slack says it will answer any questions related to issues through its main account at SlackHQ. Albers He also mentioned that users can use RSS and Atom to receive new updates.
Some other companies have also reduced their investment in X. For example, American Express disabled the AskAmex account in early August.
