One of the organizations affiliated with the US National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), recorded the average daily air temperature on the surface of the earth on July 3rd at 17.01 degrees Celsius. According to data from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s National Center for Environmental Prediction dating back to 1979, the measurement surpassed the previous daily record (92.16 degrees Celsius, set on July 24 of last year).
Throughout the year, the global average temperature fluctuates between about 12 °C and just under 17 °C on any given day, and between 1979 and 2000, the average temperature at the beginning of July averaged 2.16 °C.

The average global temperature is usually rising until the end of July or early August. Even last month, the Earth’s average temperature was the warmest ever recorded by the European Union’s climate watchdog for the start of June.
