Amazon’s AI assistant is specifically designed to answer customers’ questions about their needs and products and can provide them with various comparisons and recommendations.
To start using Rufus, users simply type their query into the search bar of the Amazon mobile app. Then the shopping assistant icon will appear at the bottom of the screen and you can use it.
Rufus is currently available in beta; But Amazon will make it available to a limited number of American customers on a trial basis. Amazon says Rufus will be rolling out to the rest of its US customers in the coming weeks.
