According to a disclosure called Wang Tsai on WeiboThe Honor brand is currently working on a new tablet with the possible name of the Honor 9 tablet. Two versions of Honor’s new tablets with model numbers HEY-W09 and W19 have been listed on the 3C certification website, and this information is believed to be related to the Honor Pad 9.
3C certification confirms that both models of this tablet support 36W fast charging. Although the listing doesn’t provide more details, Tsai claims that the Honor Pad 9 tablet will be powered by a 1st generation Snapdragon 6 processor.
Snapdragon 6 generation was introduced last year. This processor is based on Qualcomm’s 4nm process and its maximum clock speed reaches 2.2 GHz and is also equipped with Adreno 710 graphics.
Wang Tsai claims that the Honor Pad 9 will come with a giant battery; But its exact capacity is not mentioned. Honor Pad 8, which was released in July last year, uses a 7250 mAh battery.
