In addition to a Cortex-X5 core, which probably has a frequency in the range of 3.20 to 3.30 GHz, Samsung may use 5 Cortex-A730 cores in its new processor as a combination of 3+2 with different frequencies.
Afshagar says that the 4 Cortex-A520 cores are likely to be used as the low-power cores of the Exynos 2500 processor, but currently, information about their frequency is not available.
Samsung’s Exynos 2500 processor is likely to be manufactured with GAA’s proprietary 3nm lithography. Considering the impressive scores of the Exynos 2400 processor in various benchmarks, we expect the next generation of this chip to perform well.
The Exynos 2400 processor is used in the global version of two Samsung phones, Galaxy S24 Plus and Galaxy S24. Maybe the Exynos 2500 will enter the Ultra model next year.
