This pen is equipped with a camera that can record the words of a paragraph and users can share the scanned text and photos with other programs for editing and printing. According to Xiaomi, the Mijia smart pen supports many languages, including English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Russian, and German. Xiaomi claims that this smart pen is 99% successful in recognizing English and Chinese text.
Mijia smart pen supports 15 million English and Chinese words and uses dictionaries such as advanced English to Chinese, Kingsoft Powerword, Oxford and several local Chinese dictionaries. This smart pen will be launched with a price tag of 699 yuan ($96).
