Apple released the latest Rapid Security Response update for iOS 16.5.1 and iPadOS 16.5.1 and macOS Ventura 13.4.1 this morning Iran time; But it wasn’t long before the update stopped rolling out.

According to McRumorsprobably the reason why the new version of Rapid Security Response is unavailable is that some websites are down after installing this new update.

Rapid Security Response is a package containing security files that are available to Apple devices independently of the operating system. This security update is only released for the latest version of Apple’s operating systems.

Moments after installing the new version of Rapid Security Response, users noticed that Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Zoom and other websites displayed a new warning that they were not supported by the new version of Safari.

Apple said when it released the Rapid Security Response that the security update fixes a vulnerability in WebKit. The company also said that hackers may have actively exploited the vulnerability.

Apple will re-release the Rapid Security Response update soon after the issue is fixed. Users who have installed the new Rapid Security Response can remove the new security update by going to Settings > General > About and tapping on the iOS version and then Remove Security Update.
