However, in the 1980s, Tim Berners-Lee The British physicist entered the scene. Working at CERN, the European Organization for Nuclear Research in Geneva, he developed a network for rapid communication between scientists.
Berners-Lee later took another step to transform it. In 1989, he created the World Wide Web to connect computer users around the world. The World Wide Web is just a service from the Internet that includes a list of websites and various resources that can be accessed through a browser and through hyperlinks and URLs in the Internet space.
