Founded in 2011, the Mobile Photography Awards honors the best mobile photographers and showcases beautiful photos captured by smartphones.
The last event of this competition received thousands of entries from more than 80 countries. Over the past 12 years, smartphone capabilities have continually expanded, putting great imaging technology in the hands of photographers around the world.
Australian photographer Glenn Homann has won the 12th annual Grand Prix for his diverse and striking collection of images. His photos include portraits, architecture and street photography. By winning the grand prize, Homan received $3,000 and the title of “MPA’s 12th Photographer of the Year.”
Glenn’s works, the nature of mobile photography; It represents the ability to create stunning images anytime, anywhere, using only a smartphone.
The mobile photography awards include 13 different categories, including black and white, landscapes, street photography, portraits, artificial intelligence (AI) categories, and more. The winners of each category will receive a cash prize of $250.
