The specifications of 14900KS were leaked; Intel’s most powerful desktop processor

The Core i9-14900KS will have the same specifications as the Core i9-14900K. Thus, we should expect 24 cores, 32 MB L2 cache and 36 MB L3 cache and UHD 770 integrated graphics.

Since the introduction of the KS model of its desktop processors from the 12th generation, Intel has managed to increase the processor clock boost to 700 MHz, and the 14th generation Raptor Lake refresh with a possible clock boost of 6.2 GHz is a new record for the blue team in the field of maximum processor frequency.

It is said that Core i9-14900KS consumes about 50 watts more than the previous generation and can consume up to 410 watts under heavy processing loads. This number is not official and the CPU may have reached the mentioned number by removing power consumption limits.

There’s no word yet on CPU pricing, but the 14900KS will likely retain the $699 price tag of the previous generation. The Core i9-14900KS will be $150 more expensive than the Core i9-14900K if it maintains the previous generation’s pricing.
