The shares of Pasargard electronic payment company will be offered on the stock exchange next week

The shares of Pasarguard Electronic Payment Company with trading symbol “Ppod” will be offered in Tehran Stock Exchange on Wednesday, April 16, 1402. In the first initial offering of 1402 capital market, 360 million shares of Pipod will be offered.
On Wednesday, April 16, 12% of the shares of Pasargad Electronic Payment Company, as the 611th company accepted in the “Computer and related activities” section, will be initially offered with the symbol “PiPod”.
This company was accepted in July 1400 and was included in the second market companies list of Tehran Stock Exchange in August 1401 with the symbol Ppod.
Based on this, 360 million shares, which include 12% of the company’s shares, will be issued as an initial offering to the management of Andisheh Zarin Pasargad’s exclusive investment fund with the symbol Ppod and a base price of 5,000 Rials.
At this stage of the initial offering, each real and legal code has 500 shares, the ceiling price is 5,500 Rials and the floor price is set at the same figure of 4,500 Rials.
The start time of order registration will be announced later on the launch day, and people with a stock exchange code can buy Ppod shares through online brokers.
