The possibility of introducing the 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro equipped with M2 this fall has become stronger

Less than a year has passed since the introduction of the latest 14-inch and 16-inch Apple MacBook Pros, and according to reports, the company plans to introduce a new model of these laptops this fall. Mark Gorman In response to a user’s question in the latest PowerOn newsletter, Bloomberg said that Apple is currently working on the M2 versions of the 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro models.
According to Engget, the design and capabilities of the 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro M2 will probably remain unchanged compared to the current generation of these products; Because Apple redesigned these models last year in order to provide users with a MagSafe charging port, additional ports and a better display. The main change in the next MacBook Pros will be the use of M2 chips, which will replace the M1 Pro and M1 Max. Gorman Regarding Apple’s upcoming system-on-chips, he said:
Just like the standard M2, other members of this series of Apple chips will focus on the graphics department. For example, MacBook Air 2022 with a 10-core graphics processor works about 30% faster than the previous generation of this laptop.
The new MacBook Pros are just some of the products that Apple plans to launch next year.
In another part of his newsletter, Gorman said that Apple is also making a new HomePod and a sports model of the Apple Watch.
