The Exynos 2500 chip will probably be equipped with four powerful Cortex X cores

As Samsung prepares to introduce the Exynos 2400 system-on-chip, details about the Exynos 2500 have become available. It is said that the initial tests on this chip are being done behind closed doors, and according to a new rumor, it will be equipped with four powerful Cortex X cores.
According to OreXDA leak, the Exynos 2500 will be equipped with four Cortex X5 cores, each working at a different frequency. This source claims that the frequency of one of the X5 cores of the mentioned chip will be between 3.2 and 3.3 GHz and the other three cores will be between 2.3 and 2.5 GHz. This chip will also use Cortex A730 and Cortex A520 cores.
Currently, there is not much information available about the Exynos 2500; But according to the report WccfTech, it seems that Samsung has already started working on the said system-on-chip. This chip will also be equipped with AMD’s custom graphics processor.
According to previous rumors, we are still two years away from the introduction of the Exynos 2500, and this means that Samsung’s future flagship chip will not be introduced before the launch of the Galaxy S25 series. It is said that Qualcomm will introduce Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 at that time; A system-on-chip that will likely use Oryon’s proprietary cores.
According to some reports, Snadpragon 8 Gen 4 will offer more powerful multi-core performance than Apple’s M2 chip, and thus, the Exynos 2500 is expected to come with the same performance power as its Snapdragon counterpart. According to Samsung’s time frame, it is likely that the company will use the second generation of the 3nm GAA process to produce the Exynos 2500 processor.
