The registration of a new trademark increases the possibility of introducing Samsung’s smart ring

Last week, support for the Galaxy Ring was revealed in the Samsung Health beta program, hinting at the possibility of the Korean tech giant introducing the smart ring or compatibility with other companies’ smart rings. The company has already registered names such as Samsung Index, Samsung Circle and Samsung Insight for smart rings.

Samsung has now registered three new trademarks, Galaxy One, Galaxy Pulse and Galaxy Rhythm, with the South Korean Intellectual Property Rights Information Service (KIPRIS). Needless to say, this is not the first time that the Korean company has registered a trademark for wearable devices.
