TCL unveiled its new tablet with ultra-thin bezels

During the last few years, we have not seen much change in the screen dimensions of smartphones or tablets, but various companies have tried to make the most of the space in front of the device by reducing the thickness of the edges.
to report Fon ArenaAt the CES 2023 event in Las Vegas, TCL presented a prototype of a new tablet that has very narrow bezels and actually has an impressive 94% screen-to-body ratio. In comparison, the latest generation of Apple’s iPad Pros have a screen-to-body ratio of 85.43%.
But how did TCL manage to achieve such an attractive design with very thin bezels? This company has helped to reduce the thickness of the edges of this product by using the sub-display camera. Of course, this causes the quality of images to decrease compared to normal selfie cameras.
Among the specifications of the new TCL tablet, we can mention a 14-inch OLED display with 4K resolution, which also supports a 120 Hz refresh rate. Currently, there are no details about the chip of this product and of course we do not know if TCL will mass produce it or not.
