Superior graphics performance of Exynos 2400 compared to Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 in Vulkan benchmark

In recent weeks, various reports have been published about the specifications and performance of the Samsung Exynos 2400 chip graphics processor known as Xclipse 940. Now the leaked Vulkan benchmark results of this processor show that its power is better than the Adreno 750 GPU of Snapdragon 8 Gen 3.

User named OreXDA has shared Vulkan benchmark results from the Exynos 2400’s Xclipse 940 GPU performance. Previously, almost all models of Adreno processors of Snapdragon chips have provided better performance than their Samsung counterpart, but according to the leaked benchmark, it seems that this time Xclipse 940 has more power than Adreno 750. In terms of comparison, the score of these two graphics processors in the mentioned criterion is 13858 and 12946, respectively.

As WccfTech He points out that the exact date of the introduction of Exynos 2400 and Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 is not known, so it is possible that we will see changes in their performance in the future. However, the leaked benchmark of the Xclipse 940 shows that Samsung and AMD are working hard to improve its performance compared to the Exynos 2200’s Xclipse 920.

It seems that the continued cooperation between Samsung and AMD in the development of Exynos chips has been fruitful. Of course, we do not know which version of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 was tested in the Vulkan benchmark, and it is possible that the Adreno 750 will eventually work at a higher frequency, and as a result, its score will increase in future benchmarks.
