Some users have reported the problem of Ryzen 7000X3D processor burning

According to the reports of people who have encountered the problem of AMD Ryzen 70003D series processors melting, this is only seen on some Asus and MSI motherboards.

The famous overclocker, Der8auer, a few weeks ago, faced the problem of burning the overclocked version of Ryzen 7000X3D. He announced by publishing a video that he did not expect such a thing to happen.

As TomsHardware points out, there are many reasons that can cause modern processors to burn out. Defective sockets, type of motherboard, inefficient cooling system, etc. can be effective in causing this problem. Versions of the BIOS of some motherboards whose purpose is to overclock the processor to the maximum can also be another reason for the aforementioned problem.

A user named Nolmir87 also wrote on Reddit: “His Ryzen 7000X3D processor has encountered a burning problem on two models of Asus motherboards; “The processor connection socket on this system has been destroyed and the processor has become completely defective.”

Currently, there is not enough evidence to draw accurate conclusions about the Ryzen 7000X3D series processor burn-in problem. It is possible that automatic overclocking on some motherboards caused such a defect.
