Searching among Chrome tabs and bookmarks on Android becomes possible

Mishal Rahman In a tweet is writing Google Chrome may soon be integrated with the AppSearch feature in the Android operating system. This change allows users to search between open tabs and Chrome bookmarks directly through the Pixel Launcher search bar.
Apparently, the new change has been seen in one of Chrome’s flags. This flag specifically mentions “Integration with Android App Search”. The flag description says, “If enabled, allows Chrome to integrate with Android App Search.”
Mishal Rahman says that the new feature of Google Chrome is not working at the moment, but it will probably be activated in the near future. At the moment, we do not know the exact details about Android App Search, but this term probably refers to the same AppSearch feature that was introduced in 2021 with Android 12.
