Qualcomm arrives with its hands full; 80% graphics improvement in Galaxy S24 Ultra

The overclocked version of Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 can provide stunning performance in terms of graphics power compared to its previous generation. Earlier, it was rumored that the said system-on-chip will use the Adreno 750 GPU, which is 40% faster than the Adreno 740 in the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. Now the performance results of Qualcomm’s next flagship chip in the Vulkan benchmark show that its graphics power advantage will be more than double the predictions.
Apparently Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 For Galaxy on Vulkan benchmark Geekbench 6 has been tested, and its results show that it is 10% faster than the Xclipse 940 in the Exynos 2400 in terms of GPU; While they have the same performance in the OpenCL standard.
According to the same tests performed on the Galaxy S23 Ultra, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 For Galaxy is much slower than the new generation of this processor. The graph below shows that Qualcomm’s next flagship chip will be more than 80% better than its predecessor in terms of graphics power, which is perhaps the biggest generational performance difference.
