On the occasion of Thinkpad’s 30th anniversary, Lenovo updated ThinkPad X1 series laptops

This year, at CES 2023, we are witnessing the special attention of manufacturers to the environment and the use of recycled materials in the production of products. Lenovo is no exception to this rule and says that ThinkPad X1 series laptops are made from recycled materials and are environmentally friendly.
Lenovo says that 90% of the magnesium used in the laptop’s internal body and 55% of the aluminum behind the X1 Carbon are recycled materials. The same issue has been more or less observed in the other two products of this family, i.e. ThinkPad X1 Nano Gen 3 and Yoga. The packaging of these products will be 100% recyclable. In addition, Lenovo has added settings in its products so that the user can have better control over energy consumption.
It has been 30 years since the release of the first Lenovo ThinkPad laptop! On this occasion, Lenovo has updated three products of this family and brought them to the CES exhibition in Las Vegas.
Lenovo offers Lenovo View security application in its new Thinkpad products. This application recognizes the user’s face through the device’s webcam and through the Privacy Guard and Privacy Alert functions, and if another user except the owner of the device sits in front of the laptop, the system is automatically locked.
Lenovo claims that the OLED display used in X1 series laptops provides a unique experience to the user.
