Nature and animals from the perspective of a photographer who has lost his sight

Rebecca McQueen (Rebecca Mcqueen) is an amateur photographer living in Australia. He loves animal and nature photography as well as family and child photography.

In September 2020, Rebecca was told she had stage 4 adenoid cystic carcinoma with a 3cm tumor behind her eye and only one year to live.

After hearing this news, Rebecca did everything she could to bring happiness into her life. Buying a camera for photography was one of the same things. He discovered a passion for capturing the precious moments of nature and spent a lot of time searching and waiting for the next beautiful photo. Being fully present in every moment and capturing beauty to share with others became a source of joy and a unique form of meditation for Rebecca.

After that terrible diagnosis, Rebecca lost the sight in her right eye. He believes that the worse his eyesight gets, the better his photography gets.

“I don’t know how and why; But as long as I can, I will continue to provide beautiful moments to others with my photography.”
