Minister of Communications: We must improve people’s user experience in the field of communications

The quality review meeting of the mobile and fixed communication network was held today (24th of Bahman) with the presence of managers of mobile phone operators and companies providing fixed internet services (FCP). According to the report of the Public Relations and Information Center of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, the Minister of Communications in this meeting emphasized the need to improve the user experience of the people in the field of communication.

In this regard, the Minister of Communications and Information Technology said: “We must improve the user experience of our dear people in the field of communication, both mobile and fixed, with the diligent work and efforts of the communications family.”

He further added: “We must try to fulfill our duty in serving our beloved people by improving the quality and speed of communication services in the country and improving the user experience of our compatriots.”

Also, Zarepour called for solving the problems in the Internet field and explained: “Every year, at the end of the year, people use the Internet more and everyone should work hard to improve the quality and speed of communication in the country, while maintaining the stability of the network and solving the existing problems. Let’s add.”

He announced the holding of meetings to realize this goal and announced: “In the coming weeks, we will hold similar meetings to follow the process of solving problems and improving the quality of the country’s communication infrastructure.”

In this meeting, managers of mobile phone operators and companies providing fixed internet services (FCP) also presented reports on the current state of their communication network and then explained their development plans and the problems ahead.
