iPhone will be equipped with 10x zoom; But not anytime soon

The iPhone 15 Pro Max is the first Apple flagship to have a four prism telephoto camera with 5x zoom. Apparently, Apple plans to improve this feature. Rumor has it that the Cupertinos are working on a telephoto camera with 10x zoom.

To do this, Apple is dropping LG Innotek as one of its suppliers and replacing it with a Chinese company.

LG Innotek is one of the lens suppliers for the iPhone 15 Pro Max, but According to a reportthis manufacturer will be removed from the list of partners for unknown reasons.

Instead, ICT, a subsidiary of Luxshare, is said to supply Apple with the new lens for future iPhone models.

The rumor doesn’t specify when Apple will add 10x zoom to future iPhone models, but it likely won’t be the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max, and both iPhones are said to come with an upgraded 5x telephoto lens.

LG Innotek is said to be one of the suppliers testing under-display camera technology for Apple to help the company achieve a bezel-less iPhone. It is currently unclear whether LG Innotek will lose orders from both segments.

With the increase in the price of parts used in the next generation of iPhone phones, the price of the phone will probably change.
