Twitter account ShrimpApplePro says that Apple uses LPDDR5X RAM and A18 Bionic processor based on TSMC 3nm lithography in iPhone 16.

According to WccftechApple currently produces the iPhone 14 Pro with LPDDR5 RAM. The new RAM used in the iPhone 16 will have a higher speed. It is predicted that Apple will use LPDDR5 RAM in the iPhone 15. Some old rumors claimed that iPhone 15 will be equipped with LPDDR5X RAM. iPhone 15 will probably have 8 GB of RAM for the first time in the history of Apple phones.
