iPhone 15 No, Apple will likely equip the iPhone 16 with LPDDR5X high-speed RAM

Despite the fact that we are almost 9 months away from the unveiling of the iPhone 15, the rumors of this phone have started some time ago, and the first details of the iPhone 16 have already been seen on social networks. Twitter account ShrimpApplePro says that Apple uses LPDDR5X RAM and A18 Bionic processor based on TSMC 3nm lithography in iPhone 16.
According to WccftechApple currently produces the iPhone 14 Pro with LPDDR5 RAM. The new RAM used in the iPhone 16 will have a higher speed. It is predicted that Apple will use LPDDR5 RAM in the iPhone 15. Some old rumors claimed that iPhone 15 will be equipped with LPDDR5X RAM. iPhone 15 will probably have 8 GB of RAM for the first time in the history of Apple phones.
Apparently, the A17 Bionic processor used in iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max is going to be made with N3B lithography. The A18 Bionic processor will use a more advanced version of TSMC’s three-nanometer lithography.
