The head of the board of directors of Nasr Organization in Tehran, at the opening ceremony of the 2657th branch of the Tehran Dispute Resolution Council, which specializes in information technology cases, said that for several years, disputes between members have been followed up within the union, and there is also a disciplinary council in the group, but in the past years, the rulings of this council were an executive guarantee. They did not have the necessary: ​​”Accordingly, at least in the arbitration department, we tried to establish a separate arbitration center. This center has been welcomed by the guild. We are also following up the process related to obtaining the necessary permits from the judiciary.”

According to the public relations report Organization of computer trade union system of Tehran provinceIslami said: “We have sent our request to the competent authority and we are very grateful for the detailed examination of this request. We tried to prepare the ground for the opening of the Dispute Resolution Council office by adapting ourselves to the conditions. Disputes cannot be prevented, but efforts can be made to resolve them within the legal framework. In such a way that the guild members themselves are the decision-makers in issuing the final vote.

In this ceremony, the Deputy of Parliamentary Affairs of the Ministry of Communications also said that the trade union organization should be able to have preventive capabilities to prevent disputes: “The trade union system, despite the existence of a dispute resolution institution, in the same body as the definitions of trade unions and technology, can prevent these cases from being referred to judicial courts.”

According to Bagheri, the principle of dispute resolution institutions not only reduces the amount of costs and shortens the time of proceedings, but also union participation leads to more justice.

Further, the judicial deputy of the Tehran Provincial Dispute Resolution Council said that the Tehran Nasr organization has a leadership role in the Fava guild and that this branch should be able to resolve disputes between the guild members: “If this is not done, the members will no longer refer to it and Issues will be pursued in other ways. In addition, if the cases are not investigated properly, worldly and hereafter punishment will follow.”
