Galaxy A14 5G and M14 5G with the same Exynos chip spotted on Geekbench

Samsung is likely to introduce the Galaxy A14 as one of its new budget devices for 2023. Rumors suggest that this phone will be released as a plastic version of the Galaxy S23. However, although it’s almost confirmed that the South Korean tech giant’s upcoming flagships will no longer come with Exynos chips, the system-on-chips will still be used in the Galaxy A series.

According to the announcement NotebookcheckThe Galaxy A14 will be available in two versions, 4G and 5G, and now its 5G model has been spotted on Geekbench with the model ID SM-A146B. Of course, next to this device, another phone from Samsung with model ID M146B can be seen. As can be seen from the model names of these two products, the first phone probably represents the A14 5G and the second one represents the M14 5G. These two devices will use 4 GB of RAM, Android 13 operating system and an unknown octa-core chip with the ID S5E8535, whose frequency reaches a maximum of 2.4 GHz.
