Dell unveiled three new models of its U series displays. These products will benefit from the next generation of display technologies; But the 27-inch model offers LG’s unique black IPS display technology and a stunning 2000: 1 contrast ratio.
According to wccftech, the new 27-inch monitors Dell U2723QE and U2723QX have the same displays and feature a resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels, a black LG IPS panel, a 60Hz refresh rate and a 2000: 1 contrast ratio.
The contrast ratio of the U2723QE and U2723QX monitors has almost doubled compared to previous models. These displays support 90% of the DCI-P3 color gamut and have a maximum brightness of 400 nits. Other specifications of these two displays include DisplayHDR 400 certification and DeltaE <2 color accuracy in sRGB. Also, both have DisplayPort 1.4, HDMI 2.0, and a USB interface, and support a 90-watt external power supply.
The Dell U3023E 30-inch monitor is also equipped with an IPS panel, 16-to-10 aspect ratio, 2560 x 1600 pixels resolution, 60Hz refresh rate, 400nits maximum brightness, superb 1B color gamut and 1000: 1 contrast and 100% color gamut Supports sRGB and 95% DCI-P3 color gamut.
In appearance, Dell has designed new displays with narrow margins on all four sides, and their durable base allows the user to adjust the height and rotation.
The new Dell 30-inch monitor uses a USB C interface and supports an external 90-watt power supply. It also provides USB port A and USB C, DisplayPort, HDMI and wired network port. Dell has announced that the display space of this new monitor has been increased by 11% compared to the previous one, and it uses a standard 16: 9 aspect ratio.
