CEO of Honor: iPhone has “bad hardware and outdated design”.
During a recent event in Shenzhen, China, Honor’s CEO said the company has ambitious plans to compete more seriously with Apple’s iOS operating system. According to him, last year, Honor allocated 10% of its total revenue to research and development to make MagicOS a better user interface.
Zhao MingHonor’s CEO, says Apple’s smartphones have “junky hardware, outdated design, bad feedback and poor battery life” compared to many Android devices, including the Honor Magic 5.
Ming says the iOS ecosystem is the main reason people buy an iPhone, and no one can question the smoothness and reliability of iOS. In this regard, Honor has decided to develop a stronger ecosystem in the next versions of MagicOS. Honor is looking for a serious competition with Apple and Huawei with its MagicOS ecosystem.
